USE

Reconstitute in 200μL of 120mM NaCl. Whenreconstituted, the antibody concentration is1mg/mL in 10mM phosphate buffer (pH 7.2),0.8% sodium chloride and 0.02% sodium azide.

STORAGE

This freeze-dried product has been shipped atambient temperature, however it should bestored for extended periods at less than 40C,with desiccant.Once reconstituted, store at 4°C short term, orat -20°C in aliquots with desiccant for longterm. Do not freeze again after thawing.

SPECIFICITY

This antibody recognizes linear (1→3)-β-oligosaccharide segments in (1→3)-β-glucans.It has no cross reactivity with (1→4)-β-glucanor (1→3,1→4)-β-glucan.This antibody can be used with second stage,gold-labelled rabbit anti-mouse antibody forimmunohistochemical studies
